When I get a little down or stressed, I think about my home and how ot encloses my family in safety. It's our haven. A haven for hubs and I but also for my kids.

There have been times where I've had to deescalate my son during a very stressful and fearsome things and sometimes just reiterating this is our home, our place of safety.

I'm so grateful I have a home and one big enough to accommodate my kids and my moms apartment in the basement ❤️🏠🧘‍♀️🔆
