Paying attention to sounds & sensations is powerful to stop thoughts -
After a minute or two, try to sense/feel your body -- it becomes more fuzzy like a cloud of light pressure.
Why are mindful tools so useful? Because it changes you good ways. Helps anxiety, depression & other struggles.
It flip me from being semi agnostic to very spiritual (tl;dr)
Spirituality (not strict religion) BUT ppl like Jesus, Budda, Mohammed fit into my model. β€οΈ
