GETTING STARTED
Make a point to get outside in nature or nice comfortable place. Take an extra minute to closely examine a flower or your dog/cat or children enjoying themselves. Watch closely how they interact or the flower's beauty. Let everything fall away (every other thought)
Paying a little extra attention to those "little happy things" gives us much needed breaks amidst the storm.
