If you are going through an external struggle that can't be transformed away. Mindful moments can provide moments of calm/peace in the midst of the storm. This is how I started. Now I use mindfulness to deeply analyze & find solutions.

Example: for 3 years we have been working with my son's alc use disorder. it wasn't until we started mindfully examining each slip-up and progress that we started having real progress πŸ’™
