^^ I started this journey last May; it has significantly improved my stress, anxiety and I'm able to look at news or other stuff that used to bother me without anxiety, anger, or other neg emotion

I try to stay "elevated" throught the day. Keeping yourself in these higher frequency emotions is important

But it's dificult to maintain if there are heartbreaking issues. For example we have been helping/supporting our son to sobriety for nearly 3 years now.. so it takes more πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ effort at times ❀️
