Scrambled some eggs, cooked them, set aside.
Defrosted some mixed veg, drained. Chopped up some Brussels sprouts. Fried them in sesame and avocado oil, sprinkled with MSG. Set aside.
Crumbled tempeh, tossed with sesame oil, chili oil, a few drops of liquid smoke, and a splash of soy sauce. Fried that, set aside.
Tossed leftover rice that had been in the fridge a couple of days with a little mayo and a little soy sauce. Fried that. Mixed it all together and added chopped kim chi.
