Everyone I know who has had phallo, even the folks who had complications, is very happy with the results.

There's still a lot of incorrect or misleading info about it, but phallo surgeries have come a long way in the last decade.

(Unfortunately, it's expensive and requires significant time off work--especially as it's actually 2 or 3 operations.)
