A few years ago there was a measles outbreak that resulted in the death of an infant. Some crunchy granola-brained parents had lied about their kid being vaccinated and *traveled* with their 4 year old.
The kid contracted measles and then they sent him to school. He wasn't showing symptoms yet, but was contagious. One of the other kids caught it, and took it home to their infant sibling.
*Their* kid was fine. And the crunchies refused to accept responsibility.
