Some days I have what I call a "non-day". That's a day when I am totally unable to focus or get motivated. Doesn't matter what I've got on my plate or what deadlines I've got.

I have work that I need to get done today, but my brain just won't cooperate.

On the other hand, I know that I can be massively productive when I *do* focus, and how to set myself up for a productive day tomorrow.

Means I might have to work a long day to get caught up, but it'll work out.

And really, the one thing that helps me most to prepare for tomorrow is to stop trying to force myself to work today. To stop beating myself up or being anxious.

If I relax, the anxiety will ebb.

@tyghebright I feel you. This happens to me. I try very hard to not have anxiety about what I'm not doing, when my brain isn't focusing. Meditation helps me quite a bit in balancing it out, but it still creeps up on me.
