I just finished interview 1 of 3 with company A. She led the conversation off by stating that "work-life balance is an organizational core value."

A few years ago, I interviewed with one of the big four.
I asked about work life balance in all three interviews I had with them.
In two, the person laughed. Just straight up burst into laughter.
So... not a place I'll ever work.
