Yes, but what does it even mean to say something in an image is a circle, especially one where there is no edge, color, or brightness boundary that can be said to describe said circle?
@Old_Dave it does have all those things...is two circles that don't seem to touch while the rotation while the rotation of the colors around the circle confuse the hell out of your brain. Tricking brains is fun!

The boundary between non-circle and circle is one we don't discuss enough.
That boundary is the source of a lot of anger and anxiety.
Our brains want order and simplicity, but the world/universe doesn't give a shit.
We learn a lot about ourselves and our community when we study the boundaries.
