I don't know the location they're working on is, but there's a lidocaine cream you can get by RX. You'd probably put it on about 30-45 minutes prior to procedure. I had it for an integrative therapy approach to scar treatment, but it's used a lot by drs specializing in facial work.
I figured if I ever did laser hair removal, that'd be the trick. Better than stress balls!!
