January 6:

- The day of the Epiphany and the last day of the Christmas season.

3 years ago today:

-I got called by my former boss that I wasn’t a good Sourcer although I stayed for 5 years. She demoted me and I left a couple months after.

-Oh, that thing at the U.S. Capitol that people will remember or distort.

It’s interesting that it takes celebrities to change the status quo. Remember the pandemic when Tom Hanks and a few NBA players got Covid? Everything shut down. Kimmel and possibly the end of X. Lee Sun-kyun’s suicide is now shining a focus of South Korea’s policies. There are other recent examples, but also why celebrities matter.

Also, this is truly a story that makes me feel X/Twitter is out of control and maybe the breaking point with so many bots and fakes saying they saw Kimmel in the Epstein documents (which he is not).

This is the fault of Pat McAfee of not only giving Aaron Rodgers a platform, but actually paying him. Kimmel has every right to sue. Disney has to figure this out and also McAfee needs to solve this quick. awfulannouncing.com/disney/jim

Happy New Year and Happy Willie Steamboat Mickey into the public domain!

It’s weird these colleges goes all in on college football. Would we know college football will still exist in 10 years? The 12-team playoff might be fair but also eliminates most of the drama. Essentially, you have the CFP and the food sponsored bowls to make up bowl season. BTW, the Pop-Tarts Bowl did it right.

Is Nikki Haley racist? I actually don’t know, but she’s the biggest suck up I have seen. Close to Jay Leno levels. She wants the attention, not the job.

The Democrats should look at this: why Harrisburg flipped for the Dems? This specific race where Justin Douglas only ad was a billboard, but touch a nerve on jail reform and score an upset victory. boltsmag.org/dauphin-county-co

This is what the Los Angeles Dodgers are doing this offseason: youtu.be/xZr2qOXQJ4w

Will Lewis, the new CEO of the Washington Post. Used to work at WSJ. He helped Rupert on the hacking cover-up. Any news source that’s going to betray us? npr.org/2023/12/20/1219570870/

There are talks of WB Discovery and Paramount to merge. I mean, sure, gobble up a good chunk of content to fend off Comcast and Disney.

Ted Leonsis is moving the Caps and Wizards to Alexandria, VA. This is a real estate deal. Yeah, Leonsis has every right to make money, but with the DC promos, it’s all marketing and tokenism. Leonsis is so jealous of Dan Snyder.

One other thing: for people say they’re moving just 4 miles out of DC, ask Marylanders if they want to cross the river. Also, what about Metro and traffic at a place traffic is already bad? Good luck.

I find it fascinating people want to blame on Biden, especially on inflation and the economy, when in actuality, it’s the CEOs and others that are price gauging and dictating it. It’s weird for people think Biden has control of all these US companies instead of the CEOs. Its great to be a CEO that you can lay low and get little to no blame.

If you want your family to be rich, raise your kid to able to hit AND pitch in baseball or make them a pitcher who can throw both arms.

A lot of disinformation is on the rise on all the social media sites, especially TikTok. TikTok is a great content creation tool, but it’s where most people get their information and people are doing things for views. I wish there’s a social media site where you can be norma…oh wait, I’m here.

I have only been two football games: one in 2006 and was the worst sporting experience I went to, and 2011, which was one of the best sporting experiences I went to. The latter was Army-Navy. If you want to go to one sporting event, it’s Army-Navy.

I have been thinking about media and how corporations control a lot of the narrative to have the GOP in power. This illustrates the point influencers now have a huge say. People are not looking for answers, they’re looking for someone to connect to, no matter they’re right or wrong.

It’s like people promoting free Bluesky codes but be ready for tweets and crypto.
