This is the 1 year anniversary of my heart attack. This was coming after COVID. Not only I had a heart attack, but had uncontrolled diabetes, blood clots, pneumonia, and elevated LP(a). Sorry I haven’t been on CS. The company I worked for just got acquired, getting my check-ups for my heart after my stent procedure, and my right arm is hurting. Luckily, it’s not associated to my heart issues, but it has been a pain the past few months.

When I was at school, I knew about Martin Luther King and his contribution to American History. As I grew older, I learned a different thing about him, for better or worse. As I grew older and learning more about him, you get his struggle and his genius about what might happened if we don’t have things in check. While I’m grateful I learn more about MLK’s struggles, I hope the kids today get to learn more in depth instead of a generalization that some (mostly school systems and GOP) give us.

Seeing Lisa Marie Presley and Waffler69 passed away from heart attacks just give me terrible memories of my heart attack last year. Nutrition plays a role, but genetics play a huge factor. I see people going after Waffler69 because he didn’t eat healthy. Sure, if he knew his family history and had health insurance, he might have that, but I’m not going to fault a guy living his life and fortunate to have an audience that he didn’t know he had one.
