Someone suggested nasal spray to prevent COVID. What are the best nasal sprays in the US to use? I know they have done studies, but it looks like it won't come anytime soon, but see some European brands have it.
Avoid commercial OTC eye-drops and nasal sprays. These things are simply Band-Aids on a much larger problem.
Try using a pH balanced eye-wash, and a saline solution for your nose.
