@tracytran it creates an area of positive pressure around the nose and mouth area, so i wouldn't worry too much about that gap. they also have "an accessory [Dyson] calls a “community face covering” which creates a tighter seal around the nose and mouth when worn alongside the visor—although it is a washable cloth solution, and not N95 rated."
