T minus 5 hours until my Covid booster. It appears I have successfully evaded acquiring some variant of that bastard virus between setting the appointment and actually getting the shot.
A friend and I disagree on boosters. He is research savvy & has reservations because of a small incidence of vax related myocarditis; a condition Covid infection can cause.
My having high moderate (not needing hospitalization) C19 experiences sways my risk/benefit analysis to boost. How about you?
@CanisPundit I'm a boomer. I've had a lifetime of vaxxs. Hadn't had any side effects except from the older shingles vax, which caused me an external itchy stomach. I took the newer one and: nothing. I got no prubs with the var. shots I've taken. (does a wiggle dance)
@tirebiter73 very good. Me too, I’ve haven’t had any vaccine side effects more than mild ones.
