A perspective about Stress and Overwhelm

Sometimes it hits me like a truck and completely blows my mind that we live on a tiny rock floating around in a universe that literally created itself. And we share this space with millions of other species such as elephants, dogs, cats, ants, flies, birds. It’s so overwhelming to think about.
