These rules aren't there to see if you are well and able to work and care for people.

They exist to make you afraid to take days off work.

And that's how people in nursing homes die of fucking pneumonia.

I'm really happy with the way my last glass project turned out. Very simple process, with a very satisfying result. I already have a couple of ideas for making these.

First is as a gift that I'll fill with some fun, colorful sugar cookies in sea shapes.

The second is making several of them to hang on the wall of our new house, varying them in sizes and colors and maybe even nesting them together. Oh, maybe as part of a fountain?
I love the way it throws shadows.

I've said it before. In the old days, a neatly cropped verge around your home spoke of grazing animals. Lots of grazing animals. And grazing animals were wealth on the hoof. So, the modern affinity for a neatly cropped lawn is a post-pastoral pissing contest over who has more.

ginger harvest, wove them into the bird's cages. They can dry there and become nutritious shred toys. Put a pinch of chickweed near each to entice them to explore (they LOVE chickweed, just like chickens). Now the room is ginger grass scented :). Bonus shot of Sunny eyeing the new green stuff with cautious curiosity. The worms will get the shreds.

Everyone criticizes the poor for wanting to live, but no one criticizes the rich for wanting everything.

Cinco de Mayo commemorates the Battle of Puebla on May 5,1862 when 6,000 French troops attacked the small town of Puebla de Los Angeles.
You see, Napoleon III was supporting the Confederacy (financially-motivated: he wanted slaves to keep supplying the French textile mills with plenty of southern cotton.)
