"Bite My Butt"

Just had a hostile customer. I stepped in as she was getting aggressive with one of my staff. I was going to try to resolve her issue, then she used a disgusting slur towards my employee (this employee is a new Canadian from Hong Kong).
I refunded her and she said “That’s how you keep customers”. I said I was refunding her because I didn’t want her money since I refuse to do business with such a disgusting human being, and she was banned from the store. She demanded the manager. I’m the owner.
