#Fitness peeps, does making myself ride my eliptical machine for 2 min before every meal and snack sound like a safe way to handle things when you're a weak ass fibro wussy, but you've been walking a lot and feel stronger?
@AlphaCentauri Oh totally. I used to be on a cane for a week out of every month, until I started forcing myself to walk. It's a delicate balance between not overdoing it and making myself move around enough. Overdoing it flattens me for a few days, but even then I better stretch and move some or I'll be down longer.
