Omgs, I'm listening to this podcast, and I think I knew one of this person's victims, a woman who didn't like to talk about her childhood because people thought she was lying sometimes. We have that in common, and understood how to talk around our trauma, safely. She was both very open and hiding something awful. I think I know what it was now. 😮
@ATXJane That's enough motivation to do the thing I've been contemplating and get a minister's licence through the Unitarian church, because it would be sincere. People often open up to me because of my unusual perspective as a "near secular pagan". It often involves discussion of spiritual metaphor, and a need for confidentiality I'm willing to fight for. Someone else is in charge of my kid, lol. What else is there to lose? Jail could be fun to write about.
When I go to the library again.

Jeez. Take good care.
