This man may be successfully convincing me to not move out of the trailer, and he wants to buy a house on some land, and move the trailer onto it. I would be living on my ex's land. This trailer would be mine so my expenses would be very low and I won't have to struggle. I could save up money quickly that way, and not move out until I simply want to. How reassuring.
