I have turned my recovering plants into a recovery garden. We are both healing after I was away for a couple of weeks. During this time, it became very apparent how much my mindfulness skills needed to be revised and practiced, and how much of my physical pain was related to being around people. I am alone in the house for as long as I need. I filled my little garden with reminders of healing and peace, textures and scenes to explore while I sit and appreciate the moment.
