Pink oyster mushrooms. The brown ones had kind of a spicy note, I don't know if it is their normal flavor or if that was due to wet bubble fungus, which started coming up in their box. The pink ones didn't have that spicy note. They had better color when they were smaller, I'm sure it's typical, but some of the color fading might be due to a plant light going out a couple of days into their growth. Now I'm off to post these on Insta so I can get some kiddos a free box for their school.
