Being new to both Mastadon and CoSo I can't really say, but I just saw a massively polarized fight where every statement was taken in the most offensive manner by people within the same political party, and everyone was putting all kinds of words into each other's mouths, so it's just Twitter now? Or is that an only occasional thing there? I still can't get past the stage of trying to connect with it.
@BlueMan2 I've never seen it here. It's a shame, I was hoping both places would have their more level headed culture prevail, still kind of hoping I caught them on a bad day and it's not the start of just another drama factory over there.
@tippitiwichet I haven't been here long or been a heavy user but I haven't seen that here.
@DocLT2 Never seen it here either. Hopefully their culture doesn't completely change, though I admit I was worried when I saw some of the big drama accounts setting up shop there. Maybe this place is too nice for them, they'll stay away.
@tippitiwichet I haven't seen much of that here, and politics is a big topic of conversation here, but it's not the only topic, as it is elsewhere.
