Can anybody help me identify this object or where it may have come from appears to be mostly handmade and doesn’t have any type of a makers mark on it anywhere the unique nature of it makes me curious

Received this email from my landlord the other day…can anyone offer me suggestions? Or sone help getting this done? Or, most helpfully, help me find work, even something temporary, so I can earn this myself?
