We make a whole pound a bacon in the oven. and then store it in the fridge for use in other dishes. I made a batch last night. Today I did something very foolish and dangerously addictive. I took a piece of bacon and smeared a bit of Nutella on it. It was a genuine effort to stop at one piece.
