My #RotoVR chair should be arriving today. I am so excited to be able to experience VR like this.
Anything that makes VR more accessible is something I absolutely champion. This will help a lot more people be able to enjoy VR games, experiences, concerts etc much more easily and comfortably.
My #MCTD is already thankful ❤️
Night is Not Eternal is the next film by documentary filmmaker Nanfu Wang.
For 7 years she has followed Rosa Maria Paya, daughter of the five time Nobel Peace Prize nominated activist, Oswaldo Paya, in Rosa's fight for democracy in Cuba. Interwoven with Rosa's narrative are Nanfu’s poignant reflections on her Chinese upbringing and of eroding democratic norms in the US, revealing unsettling similarities to the authoritarian system she left behind.
Conall is forbidden from working on the case, but is drawn into the investigation by a determined young journalist Ciara-Kate (Hannah Brady), who is using her true-crime podcast to expose the village’s deepest secrets.
As Conall and Ciara-Kate unravel the truth, they must confront a close-knit community bound by silence and its own moral codes. Will truth prevail or do some secrets stay buried forever?
The BBC has announced #Crá, a new Irish-language crime drama is starting this Sunday (17th November) on BBC iPlayer and BBC Northern Ireland.
A murder investigation begins when Garda Barry Roche (Alex Murphy) finds a body buried in the bog. In the most personal of cases, Garda Conall Ó Súilleabháin (Dónall Ó Héalai) discovers it is his mother, Sabine, who has been missing for 15 years.

CELEBRATE every day of waking up and DECIDING to be here in this reality with everyone.
CELEBRATE every day of waking up and DECIDING to be positive for yourself and others.
CELEBRATE not giving up even when things are hard.
CELEBRATE deciding to try again and again and again and again to get where you want to get in your life.
CELEBRATE never losing your light.
Contrary to what Yoda said, trying requires determination and performing actions. Trying isn't passive.
TRYING IS DOING.
When people who have never experienced one moment of hardship are sitting in their billion dollar houses polishing their golf clubs and wearing thousand dollar suits and telling you that trying isn't enough ... they mean that you not working hard enough for THEM isn't making THEM enough money and they your success is ultimately THEIRS.
They don't give a shit about you or what your daily life is like or how you find strength to wake up every day just to be a slave so they can buy golf clubs.

The oppressors that want you to be a miserable wage slave and brainwash you into thinking that NOTHING is worth anything unless you SUCCEED at it are liars ...
EVERYTHING you do ... FOR YOU ... to move yourself forward in even a small way is important, powerful, and worth celebrating.

You should care especially about failures because only in failing do you learn to grow, shift your thinking, and learn resilience. Only when you fail do you understand what you need to do to continue on and not fail again.
CELEBRATE every choice you make to TRY.
CELEBRATE every choice you make to try AGAIN.
CELEBRATE every decision you make to move forward even if you don't succeed at first.
CELEBRATE every forward motion you decide to make.
Every single small step is important.

The rich white male ceo of the company my friend works for is delivering an annual message to his company with his big glass windows and golf clubs in the background and with his pocket square gleaming and he just said:

YOU SHOULD CARE.
You should care about EVERY moment of trying AND failing.

I also started using my #weightedblanket again.
I don't usually sleep with it because I sleep quite hot ... as women over 50 tend to do 😜 and while my #bedjet is usually the perfect solution, it requires you to have lighter sheets so the cool air can ripple around and circulate through it and cool you. The weighted blanket makes that impossible.
I decided to sleep hot and try the blanket anyway just for a starting test and the results are amazing...
My #chronicpain is NON-EXISTENT today.
92/91 on a Wednesday and after starting a new, rather rigorous exercise schedule is something even I am impressed with. Not to mention another perfect midpoint. My sleep was extraordinary last night, over optimal.
I don't normally have such high readiness when putting my body through hours of exercise each day. The stress response is usually quite high and it causes my numbers to be off especially heart rate and recovery.
Not anymore I guess 👍🏾

I was just reminded just now of something I really liked about #Lucifer ... the relationship between Trixie and Maze was something I always really loved. There was a wonderful chemistry between them and perhaps it was the clip of Denzel and Dakota from Man on Fire that reminded me ... Scarlett Estevez was such an wonderful presence on that show and Lesley-Ann Brandt was flawless ❤️ They both deserved better but I will always love their characters.
