92/91 on a Wednesday and after starting a new, rather rigorous exercise schedule is something even I am impressed with. Not to mention another perfect midpoint. My sleep was extraordinary last night, over optimal.

I don't normally have such high readiness when putting my body through hours of exercise each day. The stress response is usually quite high and it causes my numbers to be off especially heart rate and recovery.

Not anymore I guess 👍🏾

I also started using my again.

I don't usually sleep with it because I sleep quite hot ... as women over 50 tend to do 😜 and while my is usually the perfect solution, it requires you to have lighter sheets so the cool air can ripple around and circulate through it and cool you. The weighted blanket makes that impossible.

I decided to sleep hot and try the blanket anyway just for a starting test and the results are amazing...

My is NON-EXISTENT today.
