The excavation work for the Mukaab is almost over, and nearly 350 million cubic feet of earth have been removed. This work needed the usage of 250 excavators every day, and around 400 pieces of equipment to handle all the soil. The construction workers devoted nearly 3 million hours of labor.
The Mukaab will complete construction in 2030.
Saudi Arabia is constructing a spectacular skyscraper called the #Mukaab.
The impressive build will adopt the form of a tall cube. It will stand tall at a height of 1,312 feet in the capital of Riyadh. It will also be as long and wide as it is tall and could fit around 20 Empire State Buildings inside of it, according to the Saudi Government’s Public Investment Fund.
AtkinsRéalis being involved doesn't surprise me one bit. They're kind of engineering wizards there.

Well 🤣 I only have myself to blame for the low sleep score.
I have been trying to finish this book for days now. 5 chapters away from the end and I kept falling asleep before the end. Well an hour and 23 minute latency should tell you I got through the end finally. 😂 It was worth it.
19% deep sleep is more than I need for the restorative process and frankly getting through a good book does wonders for the mind and soul ❤️ I really enjoyed this one.

Breathe. Refocus.
And get some sleep.
Oh and for those who are watching the absolutely amazing show #Ellis, you may be excited to know that episode 2 has aired and is available.
I will check it out tomorrow!
Next in my audible queue is "Strange Beasts" by Susan J. Morris, narrated by another favorite person of mine, Emily Woo Zeller.
The description, coupled with Emily who is epic, were enough to grab my attention.

And on that note, it's time for me to retire to bed and settle in for the last 5 chapters of "A Dark and Drowning Tide" ... I really have enjoyed this book more than I expected.
I chose it simply because it is narrated by Saskia Maarleveld, which is usually how I choose books (not by plot) and she's done an amazing job with the characters.
Hopefully I won't fall asleep again before I can find out how it all ends 🤣

Maybe it's time for you to get offline.
Maybe it's time for you to stop doomscrolling.
Maybe it's time for you to stop surfing the firehouse or whatever it is you do to rile yourself up.
Maybe it's time to read a book - I recommend Meditations.
Maybe it's time to take a walk - if it is safe for you to.
Maybe it's time to learn how to meditate.
Maybe it's time for you to learn how to breathe.
I know it's absolutely time for you to keep your anger out of my feed though. I do know that.
