Everything that you want to manifest in your own life should be reflected in your social media feed and that includes here on CoSo.
Everything you take in, from chats, to imagery, is feeding your subconscious which contributes to the foundation of your conscious views of life.
If you're allowing things in that don't feed you in a healthy way or that suck the positive energy from your spirit, then keep curating and shifting things until you have balance.
You absolutely owe yourself that. ❤️
One more time for the people in the back ...
If someone posts something that you're not interested in or don't like, or that triggers you, you don't have to comment on it.
You don't even have to acknowledge it.
You can actually ignore it completely without engaging with it in any way, shape, or form.
You do not, and should not, bring whatever dysregulated emotions you're dealing with into other people's posts.
You have your own feed and space to express yourself in.
Maria Bakalova is a Bulgarian actress. I recommend Bodies Bodies Bodies if you're interested in her work.
Rona-Lee Shimon is an Israeli actress, dancer and model known mainly for her lead role in Fauda which I HIGHLY recommend.
Jonica T. Gibb is amazing. I recommend Dogman if you're not familiar with her work.

Eva Green, Ruby Rose, Maria Bakalova, Rona-Lee Shimon, Jonica T. Gibb, Emily Bruni, Laëtitia Eïdo, and Zoha Rahman.
These are your #DirtyAngels.
This is quite a cast of some seriously epic women. If you don't know all their names ... learn. 👍🏾
Especially Rona, Jonica, Laëtitia and Zoha
Anna Maxwell Martin and Shaun Evans star in #UntilIKillYou, the harrowing true story of Delia Balmer.
I will watch ANYTHING with Anna Maxwell Martin in it so I will be checking this out! I didn't know the story so I looked up some info ... really wild.

Lexicographer, etymologist, and star of British game show "Countdown," Susie Dent, posted an incredibly appropriate "word of the day" on her social media following yesterday's election:

A French mobility company called Mobilize has designed a new type of vehicle from scratch.
Two, actually: The Duo, an enclosed two-seater electric quadricycle, and its sibling the Bento, which ditches the back seat for a large storage box.

The news comes as Kojima Productions is expanding quite a bit following the success of the original Death Stranding. A sequel is in the works, due out in 2025, as is a live-action film from A24. The studio said in a press release that “now has full ownership of the Death Stranding IP,” and that it will continue to bring it to “more platforms and audiences.”
Can't wait to see more from this fascinating world only from the epic and unique mind of Kojima.
Sam Porter Bridges has finally trekked his way to Xbox.
Kojima Productions announced today that the director’s cut of Death Stranding is now available on the Xbox Series X / S. For a limited time the port will be available for 50 percent off. The studio also launched the game on Luna, Amazon’s fledgling game streaming service.
Death Stranding first launched in 2019, as Hideo Kojima’s first release after going independent, following a messy split with Konami.
Still haven't played? DO.

How fitting ...
The powerful James Webb Space Telescope has revealed a phenomenon once thought impossible. Scientists found this black hole has exceeded the "Eddington limit," which is basically the maximum brightness an object can achieve and how rapidly it can consume matter. This particular black hole, dubbed LID-568, is feeding ravenously on matter at a rate 40 times faster than thought possible.
The investigation of LID-568 has only just begun.
If you're not watching #EddieRedmayne and #LashanaLynch in #TheDayoftheJackal, I highly recommend you add it to your watchlist (along with Inspector #Ellis of course)
5 out of 10 episodes have aired so far.
I went to bed later than usual because I was watching the epicness that is #Ellis 👍🏾 but my numbers are perfect.
I forget that 85 is technically the cutoff for efficiency. These are great numbers for a Thursday and especially considering I was up past my ideal sleep window.
I've been working through an #audibook and keep falling asleep after the first chapter due to terrible latency but 18 minutes is actually perfect.
Only 5 more chapters! How does it all end?
ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE first episode of #Ellis.
This should have gotten more than 3 episodes. What an absolute disservice.
I'm only a few minutes into the first episode of #Ellis but I can tell you right now that this series deserved way more than 3 episodes ...
Both Andrew Gower and Sharon D Clarke are exceptional. Their chemistry is kind of amazing and unexpectedly powerful.
I HIGHLY recommend this epicness.
This is another notable aspect of Inspector Ellis – series creators Paul Logue and Sian Ejiwunmi-Le Berre chose not to establish their protagonist as an entrenched member of a single community, but to make her an itinerant detective sent to help overmatched police departments solve confounding murders. In terms of doggedness and compassion, Ellis is comparable to DS Catherine Cawood (Sarah Lancashire) in Happy Valley ....
