I LOVE Tarsem's work. was brilliant and deserved more of a chance to thrive.

Feeling about the same as yesterday as far as my starting to shift away. I guess I am finally recovered from the vax and I couldn't be happier. Last time it was almost 11 months of hell.

I'm STILL a bit concerned about my resting heart rate and subsequently my HRV but there are things I can do to improve that. I haven't had the energy to be able to exercise properly so I'll be starting again ... slowly.

, written and created by James Graham, has been recommissioned by the BBC for a 3rd season! 🎉

Ohhhhhhhh wait for one my favorite shows to return! is coming back for a 3rd season in October 🎉 ❤️

Plenty Unlimited opens the Plenty Richmond Farm, dubbed the world’s first vertical farm that uses AI to grow and cultivate strawberries at scale indoors.

The estate – located in Richmond, Virginia in the US – can produce more than four million pounds of strawberries in a year, even though its space is less than 40,000 square feet.

The first batch of strawberries from the vertical farm is set to be available in early 2025.

Indeed.

I also love that the person who writes these novels of "fantasy" of a world of equality and freedom his name is "More".

In this world ... the enemies of all are called "humans" ...

Loving this story.

Ok I DO love the turn based interface A LOT. It's gorgeous along with the battle effects.

In this game people dream of "fantasy" and in fantasy worlds there is no discrimination and no corruption ...

In fact, I believe your character's name is "Fantasy" (how fitting) and represents the opportunity for change in the world for the better.

Interesting for sure and powerful messaging. This would absolutely be a story I'm interested in traversing through ...

It just really comes down to how much fictional racism I want to subject myself to.

I was genuinely looking forward to this game ... I will make my way through but adding stress to my life isn't great for health in general. I may choose to do something else with my free time if I feel my getting corrupted ...

In line with my luck with games lately, The Metaphor: ReFantazio has you playing a character who is a member of a marginalized group ... a race of people who are disrespected, mistreated, and considered more or less trash by the rest of the world ...

Playing characters like this is just not how I want to spend my gaming time. Playing characters who get abuse hurled at them in the game as part of the plot or have to deal with hatred and constant belittling is not ideal for me ...

, , ... and another phrase you may find helpful ...

𝙞𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙜𝙤 𝙞𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙚
one time, one meeting

it describes the concept of being present in all moments, encompassing both the idea of observing and cherishing each moment, and the practice of harnessing that attention to achieve harmony with others and love of life.

Some recommended books:

Ikigai is a Japanese concept which translates to “a reason for being”.

Ikigai is found at the intersection of what you love, what you are good at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for.

In many people's worlds this simply equates to balance ... but Ikigai is more about purpose.

Finding balance is what ultimately ALLOWS you to more easily find your ikigai.

Ikigai is often considered to be the same in meaning as raison d'etre, which in French is - "reason to exist".
