I haven't seen my ophthalmologist since 2021 and that office / practice got bought out by someone and she eventually left the place completely which is why @IronButterfly and I had to find a new doctor.
My new script is flawless, which I knew would be the case after the appointment with these EPIC women with so much insane tech.
I am seeing 20/20 which is almost unheard of when you have #keratoconus and wearing glasses not contact lenses.
I got some Gunnar Vertex glasses and they are EPIC.
If you don't know Gunnar glasses ... they are great for people who game competitively or who spend all day in front of a computer or just people who want to protect their eyes better ...
Seriously these glasses are incredible. It's so amazing to be able to see this clearly. This crisp. This sharp. If you don't have #keratoconus you can't begin to imagine what it's like to see through prisms all the time. There's a million of everything, shadows on everything ... and its just really disorienting. My new prescription is just so awesome. The doctor was so thorough and the tech was spot on.
I wrote a complaint / review about the process of ordering Gunnar glasses ... they responded with
𝘸𝘦 𝘥𝘰 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘤𝘶𝘳𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘭𝘺 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘢 𝘴𝘺𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘮 𝘵𝘰 𝘶𝘱𝘥𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘴𝘦𝘴 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘭𝘢𝘣.
So you order. They don't send you any information about even whether your order was received. They don't send you any info about processing time or when they might be shipped. They don't provide you with a shipping number or shipping status. Even when you email them to ask they don't respond. You just order and hope they show up.

I ordered direct on the Gunnar website on Feb 29th and I got a "Thanks for your order" email but nothing else. No other correspondence.
I emailed them on March 9th just to make sure my order was being processed and when I might expect it but heard nothing back at all.
The glasses just showed up in the mail this morning ...
I mean I'm glad an all but ... not even an update or anything?
