I legitimately hate a lot of people, including my own parents, for their support of this alt-right fascist authoritarian bullshit, and I have NO shame for that. Anyone who says you shouldn't hate someone who's actively doing all they can to destroy your lives and future is gaslighting you. Why shouldn't we hate people who do all they can to be our enemies? Fuck "respond with kindness." That's abusive talk...

It's not my job to fix them. They can fix themselves and earn trust again, or they can fuck off.

Hate is a strong word for me, though - it implies active effort. I have no time for awful people. If they want to grow up and fix themselves, that's great, if not? I have Stardew Valley to play.

@mouses I still play Animal Crossing... I get you. I guess hate might be too active of a word. After all, I do still love my parents.... I just don't respect them. And I also hate them.... The two night not be mutually exclusive at this point.
