: I have told this to the MFs at hospitals and doctor's offices, though I know it's a ploy to get people to use the automated system and also not to get mad that nobody's going to answer the phone call but rather make them leave a message.
@thedisasterautist at least you can leave a message. on some "help" lines, they tell you to try later 😡
