I'm putting together a Halloween blog post that highlights horror authors. No kind of romance at all, just scary stuff. I'm thinking 10 authors to start. A short blurb about their story, cover art and a link to their web page. One stipulation, the MUST have their book in more than one market, e.g. not just Amazon. Print books are welcome. I want to post it the beginning of October. Authors don't have to follow me, but I'll need their @ so I can tag them. Sound interesting? #writingcommunity

im scratching and clawing
on a path that might not end
weary from the journey,
trying to ascend,
trials behind and before me,
what doesnt break will surely bend,
faking that im worthy,
failing to pretend,
dreams are getting smaller
harder to defend,
road is getting longer,
sores on my feet just wont mend,
the harder i try,
the more it hurts when i fall,
theres no need to cry,
since it seems to offend,
given all i got,
though i say i have more,
this pain hurts a lot,
impossible to ignore
