Fall colors

Did you know the orange and yellow of fall leaves was always there? They were just overcome by the green. The rosy colors come from sugar. Without chlorophyll, there’s nothing to break the sugars down.

Even though there are very few deciduous trees around my place. I do enjoy the season.
