I'm not much one for flavoured lattes but @Mauve_matelot likes them. So I tried a little experiment.

In the bottom of the cup, approx 2tsp of golden syrup.
In the jug with the milk about a dessert spoon of mixed dried berries.
Mixed ½tsp of ground mixed spice into one scoop of espresso ground coffee and made a two-shot with it.

I have therefore made a genuine hot cross bun latte and it is actually *really* nice

Merry Christmas everybody.

We've been to church and then arrived at my Mum's house. Already opened presents. Very blessed. I got a new guitar bag and a moka pot among several very thoughtful gifts from my Mum. @Mauve_matelot bought me a new coffee spoon and frothing jug which will soon be joining #CaffeineClub 😁

We just had a delicious turkey dinner, with Christmas Pudding for dessert.
Now very full!

My local roastery has opened a cafe! Sitting enjoying their light roast. Delicious. #CaffeineClub

I've taken to putting a couple of teaspoons of single cream into my morning Americano.

Ok so NOW I feel like I'm home.
For those unaware, in the early years of #coso I was going through some really rough stuff.
Cosonauts, unknown to me, shared messages with @apsuche who collated them and sent them to me in a #hugbox.
You can't imagine the joy I felt! I framed them all, and since then, they have lived in #CaffeineClub where I see them every day.
It's now back in its rightful place after the redecoration.

So that's the prep for my nose op sorted. Picked up Eleanor's bicycle, my guitar, my laptop and most importantly (because #CaffeineClub) my espresso machine 😜
