@FighttheFluff It's not *too* taxing. The trick there is to make the filling and frosting a day in advance and keep them in the fridge in airtight containers, rather than trying to do it all at once.

@FighttheFluff I've had a slice, it's very soft, moist and the perfect way to start my holiday.
