The fun thing about this process is that these are songs I have lived with for a long time. Some are over 20 years old (I wrote STTB in 2002)!
Revisiting them with fresh ears and making them interesting to listen to in terms of the sound as opposed to how I play them live, while retaining the spirit of the original is a challenge I am really enjoying.
