My mixer got an upgrade! BF took in a Kitchenaid Professional 600 Stand Mixer at work & bought it for me. Can’t wait to try it out making cookies and bread and and.. I dunno.
His coworker requested chocolate chip walnut cookies. I happen to have all the ingredients :)

@annamuneca I am sooooo jealous. I used to have a late 60s Kenwood chef which I inherited from my Grandmother, but after over 50 years' hard labour it finally expired. I really wish I could afford another, or one of those Kitchenaid ones.
