I don't have a large social circle. I have my wife, my sons, my extended family, and one really good friend.

Every 2 years, elections in this country reaffirm my reluctance to engage with people. If anywhere *close* to half of my fellow citizens would vote for fascism if it means they get what they want, I have no desire to engage with them.
