Apparently the thermocouple was bad. From what I've heard, one of the most common parts to fail, one of the easiest to change, and one of the cheapest parts to replace. I'd say whoever looked at it on Tuesday and said it was fine is an idiot.

@spooniechels I'm not surprised. I had a company car, the service manager at Firestone said it needed a new steering rack at 30K miles. I said, "you just changed the tie rod ends did you realign it"? "Sir the tie rod ends don't have anything to do with the steering". It was a fun afternoon after that, " well Mr. Wizard service manager what is their function? I'm all ears guy.
