Well, first, he was born under a bad sign. He was misbegotten, misshaped, malformed. He came from bad stock and did nothing to improve his values and philosophy. In fact, he reveled in his depravity, swam in it, drank from it to the full. He is one of the worst examples of humanity, and doesn't see his own evil. He has led millions of people astray so that they no longer recognized right or morality. He's low class. He deserves nothing but opprobrium and disdain.
