I just watched the Maryland Senatorial debate with Alsobrooks and Hogan.
I was impressed. It was a well run affair. The moderator questions were good. The candidates were polite and time restrictions were followed.
Both candidates addressed questions directly for the most part.
I liked Alsobrooks before. But I liked her even more tonight.
It's gonna be great to have her in the Senate.
Disgusting, embarrassing, and cowardly if true.

Once again I say, even if Harris wins, our corrupt Supreme Court is the most critical threat to our democracy. It must be fixed and there isn't a moment to lose.

I think polls are missing something. There are Harris Walz yard signs in neighbors yards that were loudly Trump last time. I have a desperate hope that Harris's lead is way more than 2.5 points #politics

I am a Precinct officer. A few months ago I mailed out 167 Get Out The Vote letters spelling out the danger of 45 and project 2025. I am thrilled to report the positive return from doing that. I even had a Trumper neighbor come to our home to let me know her and her husband regret voting for 45. They are now strong supporters for Harris/Walz.

I trust that Kamala Harris will be elected in just about 30 days. But she will need to move as quickly as possible to address, arguably, the biggest problem facing our democracy:
-- fixing the Supreme Court.
She must have a plan ready and hit the ground running when the new congress is sworn in in January.

CBS News sucks.
Why does this evening's debate just seem like another occasion where the Democratic candidate is required to prove that:
obvious facts are true
being informed is better than being ignorant
morality as a good foundation for living life?
Where has journalism gone?
