Yes, Trump is a criminal and serial liar. But his stunning lack of intelligence alone makes him unqualified for any public office - let alone the Presidency.

I'm just tired of us doing what's easy instead of what's right. IMHO, if we can't convict Trump of sedition, (which he carried out on national TV) our justice system isn't what we say it is.

Yes. Getting punished for violating voter's constitutional rights is good, but insufficient.

There needs to be jail time for the large group of people, led by Trump, who conspired to overthrow our government. Words like sedition, insurrection, or treason need to be used.

I'm watching Nicole Wallace's show on MSNBC, as usual. Each day she so clearly lays out the truth of Trump and the events around J6.

And I'm getting quite worried that we have not (yet) been assured that Jack Smith is going after Trump for Sedition nor have I heard that indictments are imminent for Meadows, Juliani, Eastman, etc.

I'm sure there will be an indictment. But if these guys aren't punished for their Sedition, that will be its own crime.

After the Trump town hall fiasco, I'm so glad to see CNN stepping back from the brink and acting like its former self.

Zaslav still poses a risk from the top of the corporate structure. But perhaps he will learn to be comfortable owning a successful news organization and keeping his BS conservative ideals out of it.

I suspect that future generations, when discussing crimes against humanity, will not be comparing everything to Hitler, Pol Pot, Stalin, etc.
They'll be talking about Joe Manchin, the Republican Party, and the oligarchs who stand in the way of addressing climate change.
And, on that score, I can't imagine any other crime even coming close.

Come on. I doubt there is a single person living in America today who was stunned upon hearing this.

Re Tuberville blocking military appointments over abortion related heathcare for women in the military stationed in states where there is medical care unavailable: Close bases in Alabama, Mississippi, Florida, Texas, Idaho, Ohio, and any other State that doesn't provide full medical services to everyone in uniform. Do not put our service personnel at risk in those venues. Close those bases and move the operations to full service States.
