I'm OK. #Asheville is not. If you want to help, this article has many excellent suggestions. One thing we don't need at this time is more volunteers. We don't have the infrastructure. Thanks, everyone, for any help you can give.
@sjvn My friend in Old Fort says same. I understand the urge to physically want to get up there and help, but the extra people who aren’t experienced in crises like this are more of a hindrance than a help. Monetary donations actually are more helpful right now. We’re with you in spirit down here in the Piedmont and are donating as we can. Keep us posted. Sending hugs.
