The case law noted by the states regarding the above 👆 quote refers to other states suing the dept of commerce regarding the citizenship question on the 2020 census. For people who were already *alive & living within* the complainant states.
Seems a stretch to include not yet actualized pregnancies or births within that case law, esp since they've been steadily decreasing anyway, but IANAL 🤷♀️
@Kinnison @ExecutiveFunction404 Not only are we considering debating these things, but the people who are trying to present these as reasonable viewpoints are the people who proclaim moral superiority and divine authority to make the rest of us bend to their will. It is hard to call us civilized at this point. It is even harder to take their religion arguments seriously.
