Good morning.
First and foremost I want to say to everyone, thank you for the support you have given us. It means the world to us.
We have started the legal process but it will take time. I am flying my niece and her husband out to watch my dad for 3 days so my wife and I can take a small break before the courts get involved.
The great place we had found for him sent someone to evaluate my dad and he told them to leave. Now we have to find another place. Oh well.

@sghamel quite a lot you've been through! stay strong. it's a very difficult thing. my grandfather had alzheimers and had to go to a nursing home. he got kicked out because he started causing fights. went into a guy's room and broke his arm. (he was a big guy)
